At Think Beyond the Game, we aim to support athletes and teams to reach their full potential by strengthening the mental skills that support performance and growth. We envision a culture where psychological wellbeing, confidence, and balanced identity are valued. Through these efforts, we also promote awareness and reduce stigma of mental health and wellness in athletes and teams.
Our mission is to support athletes and teams through mental performance services. Through workshops, listening strategies, and consultation, we provide practical tools and guidance to help navigate challenges such as injury recovery, performance pressure, and life transitions. By applying mental skills training, we aim to help athletes and teams to perform at their best while fostering psychological safety, engagement, wellbeing, and skills beyond sport.
