Workshops
Our workshops provide athletes and teams with practical mental performance tools that can be immediately applied. We will work collaboratively to build a plan to maximize performance of your needs with a strength-based approach and an emphasis on psychological safety and individualized motivation to foster trust where team members are able to maximize their skills. Workshops are designed to strengthen team culture and equip participants with strategies they can use in sport or daily life. Topics include goal setting, navigating injury, team dynamics, athletic identity and retirement.

Listening Strategies
We offer 1:1, focus groups, and surveys to provide a supportive space where athletes feel heard, understood, and respected. Through active and empathetic listening, we help athletes and teams process experiences, reflect on challenges, and clarify their goals. These encourage self-awareness, confidence, and problem-solving while building trust and psychological safety. Listening-based support is especially valuable during high-pressure periods, such as injury recovery, performance setbacks, or transitions beyond sport. These also provide invaluable insights into the athlete or team dynamics.

Consulting
We offer consulting services to provide individualized or team-based support to help athletes and coaches perform at their best while navigating challenges or changes. Through collaborative sessions, we identify goals, explore performance barriers, and develop practical strategies for your specific needs. Consulting often includes mental skills training techniques. Whether supporting an athlete returning from injury, preparing for a competition, transitioning out of sport, or striving for consistent performance, consulting offers a structured and personalized approach to performance.
